Residenza A Cova A Cova lies on the small island of San Pietro off the south west coast of Sardinia. Its spacious apartments are just 200 metres from unspoilt coves and beaches. This residence practises sustainable tourism.Surrounded by 1.5 hectares of Mediterranean parkland, these unique apartments are furnished in natural materials, with whitewashed walls and terracotta floors. Each is equipped with a flat-screen TV, fridge and kitchen. Guests can also cook using the shared barbecue facilities in the grounds.Biodegradable soaps and detergents are used at Residence A Cova to wash all towels and linen. Towels are changed twice a week, and the rate includes beach towels.Shops and restaurants are located in Carloforte town centre, 6 km away. Buses to the town and to other beaches on the island stop in front of the property.Ferries to Calasetta and Portovesme on mainland Sardinia leave from Carloforte harbour. The trip takes around 40 minutes.
