Villa La Fonte Preziosa Donato Frazione Casale A group of old houses made of stone, fenced with a garden which offers many possibilities. The house has a paved courtyard, meeting room (45 sqm), a lounge with vaulted ceiling (great acoustics!) And a large terrace garnished with flowers and surrounded by a pergola with a wisteria. There are two separate apartments, one for two people on a sofa bed, and the other is this one, for the remaining five people, spread over two floors. The decor is very elegant. Throughout the building, only natural materials have been used which have preserved the ancient atmosphere. The house has two entrances, the back gate leads directly to a path through the woods, along streams and open views. Parking 100m from the house and easily reached on foot via a little path. In the larger house there is a steep staircase in order to get to the first floor.The house is equipped with wireless Internet access.
