In the south of Sardinia pretty terraced residence on two levels with pool (11,50x2,50, deep 1,65).In the living area, on the second floor, welcomes you a bright and spacious living room with fireplace and large windows offering panoramic views towards the sea, the patio, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day, divides the functional and equipped kitchen with bathroom service and laundry. Please note that the villa is accessed via a flight of steps so is unsuitable for guests with mobility issues, and that due to there being stairs with no bannister and several drops around the property it is unsuitable for small children.
